Adefolake is part of the Dispute Resolution and Corporate/Commercial team of the Firm. She provides advice on a broad range of tax, employment, arbitration and other commercial issues.

She has represented several international oil companies in tax litigation at the tax appeal tribunal and superior courts of records. She has also represented various companies and individuals in labour and employment matters and regularly provides advice on a broad range of tax, labour and employment, arbitration, company secretarial and other corporate commercial related matters.
