Aleksandr Vinogradov is an assistant at COBALT Belarus, specializing in the sphere of Commercial Law, IT, M&A and European private law. Aleksandr maintains contacts with the state authorities and has experience in preparation of different types of contracts.

Aleksandr is a 4th year student in International Law from the Faculty of International Relations of the Belarusian State University (European Law specialization). Aleksandr is a participant of scientific and practical conferences arranged by the Faculty of International Relations of the Belarusian State University, as well as various international conferences.
