Alexandra has 4 years of experience in the legal profession. She specializes in the Labor & Employment practice area, providing advice to local and international companies on various issues including dispute prevention, planning, internal structuring, labor regulations, compensation, benefits of executive staff, and coordination of regional advisory. She has also led due diligence procedures for foreign companies, and has experience in administrative procedures and litigation in connection with labor matters. Before joining BLP as an associate in 2014, Alexandra worked as an associate at BDS Asesores, as Legal Counsel to Human Capital-HR Consultants, as Legal & Human Resources Manager at Informatech, and as a lawyer at the Costa Rican Therapists Professional Association. She obtained her law degree from Universidad de Costa Rica in 2011. Alexandra is based in San José, Costa Rica.
