Amanda Hutson’s practice is focused on the healthcare sector, where she draws on her deep industry experience. She represents healthcare clients on transactional and corporate matters, including acquisitions, sales, mergers, joint ventures and physician employment negotiations. Amanda counsels clients on regulatory issues, licensure, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, and fraud and abuse issues, including Anti-Kickback, Stark and the False Claims Act.

Amanda previously worked at one of the nation’s largest nonprofit healthcare systems, where she handled fraud and abuse, HIPAA, nonprofit regulation, licensure and operations matters.
