Profile
Carolina holds a bachelor´s degree in law from Universidad de Los Andes, a post-graduate degree in Administrative Institutions and Public Management from the same university and an LLM in International Legal Studies from NYU School of Law.
As a Senior Associate of the Litigation, Arbitration and Insolvency Practrice Group, she advises and represents national and foreing clients in disputes related to public procurement and administrative and constitutional matters, before the local courts and before international and national arbitral tribunals.
Carolina worked at Vinson & Elkins’ IDR & Arbitration Practice Group and as Assistant Legal Counsel at the Permanent Court of Arbitration. In Colombia, she worked as well as Legal Advisor to the Attorney General´s Office and at the Council of State in state responsibility matters.
