Paralegal

Ana Cristina Nascimento is a paralegal and a member of the Business law group. She specializes in personal property securities.

Ms. Nascimento performs searches in various registers, including the Register of Personal and Movable Real Rights (RPMRR) and other government registers and prepares RPMRR registration forms. She assists lawyers in the drafting of legal opinions by analyzing search results and preparing search reports.

Ms. Nascimento is also involved in the drafting of agreements and related documents and assists her team in various matters related to financing and securities transactions. She corresponds with clients and stays in close contact with government authorities.
