Andre is a managing associate in the Banking and Finance and Capital Markets practices. With more than 10 years' experience, he specialises in corporate finance, banking and capital markets regulation, bank resolution, prevention of money laundering, trade finance and debt restructuring.

His has advised credit institutions, international financial companies and fintechs on banking and financial regulatory law matters. He has also acted for crypto-asset investors and service providers. Besides this, Andre has handled M&A transactions in the banking and financial sectors, bank resolution processes and cross-border financing transactions.

Andre has a master's in legal and financial sciences from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and an LLM in international business law from the Faculty of Law of Universidade Catolica Portuguesa.
