Andrea Madueno specializes in tax advice on financial, M&A, international taxation, double taxation agreements and investment tax planning in Peru and abroad.

She has participated in tax planning and structuring of local and international corporate reorganizations, as well as in transactions for the acquisition and transfer of business.

She has extensive experience in financing operations for the development of investment and infrastructure projects, and in capital market operations, including bond issues and other debt instruments at a local and international level.
