Angela is an associate on the Tax & ERISA team, where she represents issuers, underwriters, guarantors, and servicers in connection with structured finance and securitization transactions, including REMICS, and with various capital markets transactions, including public and private equity debt offerings by REITs.

Before joining Hunton Andrews Kurth, Angela was an associate at another New York-based law firm. Prior to private practice, she was an associate at an accounting firm, where she represented corporations and high net worth individuals before state tax authorities in connection with state income tax audits.
