Ann represents financial institutions, developers and owners in a broad range of transactions, including real estate finance, real estate development and acquisitions and dispositions. She has experience with a wide variety of assets, such as office buildings, hotels and shopping centers.

Ann maintains an active pro bono practice assisting disabled veterans seeking benefits.
