Anna-Katherine Bowman is a litigator whose practice focuses primarily on general civil litigation and financial services litigation.  She is committed to addressing her clients’ needs with a strategic, problem-solving approach in order to provide them with high-caliber advocacy. She advises clients on substantive areas of law, as well as best practices for reducing exposure to litigation.

Anna-Katherine Bowman is a litigator who has represented clients nationwide in a variety of areas, including financial services, healthcare, medical malpractice, products liability, insurance, automotive and employment/workers’ compensation. Her financial services practice includes representing financial institutions, mortgage companies and finance lenders in several states. She has experience defending her clients against FDCPA, FCRA, RESPA, TILA, TCPA, fraud, and unfair and deceptive trade practices claims in residential mortgage litigation matters. 

Anna-Katherine has handled cases in both state and federal court through all stages of the litigation process, including arbitration, hearings, mediation, jury trials, bench trials and injunctive relief hearings.
