Anna Lashley represents Bradley’s business clients in cutting-edge complex litigation. She practices primarily in the firm’s Litigation and GovernmentEnforcement and Investigations Practice Groups, representing companies and individuals in a range of government and internal investigations, regulatoryinquiries, white collar criminal defense matters, compliance issues, civil litigation, and enforcement actions. Anna is also involved in complex businesslitigation, including defense of class action, environmental, and toxic tort cases, as well as defense of civil rights.

Prior to joining Bradley, Anna clerked for two years for the Honorable Robert D. Okun at the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. As a law clerk,she worked on a wide variety of civil matters, conducting research and drafting opinions throughout each stage of the litigation process.

Anna graduated from American University Washington College of Law (magna cum laude) and was named to the Order of the Coif. She was a member ofthe American University Law Review, and her comment, focusing on the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment, was selected for publication.While in law school, Anna served as a student attorney in the Criminal Justice Defense Clinic and taught a year-long course on constitutional law to highschool students in the District of Columbia.
