Profile

For more than three decades, Anthony Pierotti has successfully advised his clients in connection with a wide range of complex real estate and finance matters. Anthony has become a trusted advisor to his clients, who value his extensive experience, practical approach and problem solving abilities.

A considerable part of Anthony's practice involves the acquisition, financing, development, management and sale of master-planned communities, office buildings, medical facilities and retail and industrial properties. Anthony also has substantial experience in the negotiation of complex joint venture arrangements for both development partners and capital partners, as well as advising clients on large debt financing transactions involving multiple real estate projects. Anthony has also been lead counsel in the successful restructuring of numerous troubled real estate developments.

When not working on behalf of his clients, Anthony is actively involved in his local community, including currently serving as a member of the board of directors of the Marconi Foundation for Children. Anthony also serves as the chairman of the board of directors of his local chapter of the International Wine and Food Society and on committees at the Pacific Club in Newport Beach, California.

Anthony was recognized by Best Lawyers, Woodward/White, Inc., as a "2019 Lawyer of the Year" and named a "2017 Lawyer of the Year" for Real Estate Law by Best Lawyers, Woodward/White, Inc., 2017. He was also recognized by The Best Lawyers in America, Woodward/White, Inc., for Real Estate Law, 2009-2019.
