Profile

Aron Fischer practices general civil litigation, with significant experience in intellectual property litigation, complex commercial disputes, employment matters, and defamation cases. Mr. Fischer has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in successful patent trials and appeals involving pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and biotechnology products. He is a member of the firm’s anti-counterfeiting team and has litigated a number of additional trademark and unfair competition cases on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants, with a particular focus on the use of consumer survey evidence. Mr. Fischer regularly defends clients in employment and defamation cases, often obtaining dismissal before trial. Mr. Fischer also maintains an active pro bono practice on behalf of low-income clients.

Mr. Fischer served as a Law Clerk to the Hon. Robert Sack of the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, and as an Assistant Attorney General in the New York State Attorney General's Honors Program under Eliot Spitzer and Andrew Cuomo.
