Arturo has been an attorney for 6 years. In his specialty area, Labor & Employment, he has led strategy implementation processes pertaining to personnel management. He has also given labor law advice to local, regional and multinational companies, and has been part of litigation teams in labor matters. In 2016 Arturo came to BLP as an associate, having served a similar role at Arias & Muñoz. His previous positions include in-house Attorney at STT Group of Costa Rica, associate at B&S Abogados, and legal assistant at Work Law Corp. Arturo received a law degree from the Universidad Latina de Costa Rica in 2012 and obtained his specialization in Notary and Registration Law from ULACIT in 2016. He is currently an aspirant to a Master’s Degree in Administration and Business Law at the Universidad Escuela Libre de Derecho. He is also a certificated auditor in ISO-9001. He is based in San Jose, Costa Rica.
