Carolina Klint was appointed Risk Management Leader for Continental Europe in October 2020 and oversees Marsh's Risk Management teams in the region as they build on existing capabilities and develop strategic solutions that will support and enable Marsh's largest clients to navigate the global risk landscape. She also leads key initiatives around customer centricity, innovation, and enhanced value propositions throughout the region. She has appeared on Swedish business weekly Veckans Affarer's list as one of "The 125 Most Powerful Women in Business" for three consecutive years.
