Ingrid's main areas of practice are maritime and aviation law, with particular focus on matters related to asset management and finance in the maritime and aviation sectors. She has extensive experience in advising asset financing banks, borrowers, owners, lessors and operators on a variety of domestic and international asset leasing and structured financing transactions involving aircraft, ships and yachts
Ingrid has particular experience in representing financiers and lessors in cross-border financing, operating leasing and chartering of commercial aircraft and corporate jets and the acquisition, sale and repossession of aircraft, ships and yachts. She has also advised clients on ownership and operational structures for ship, yacht and aircraft holding entities, securitisation and corporate restructurings
Ingrid also has vast experience in aircraft and yacht importations, ship and yacht registrations and taxation on matters related to the maritime industry
