Jeremy Neilson strategically develops patent portfolios for his clients by prosecuting patent applications with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and coordinating foreign counsel to obtain patent protection internationally. He is a member of the Intellectual Property Practice Group in the firm’s Richardson office.

His experience includes a wide variety of technology fields including mechanical, electrical, software/hardware, intelligent traffic systems, telecommunications, GPS signal processing, cybersecurity, and medical devices.

Jeremy is also a licensed professional engineer (CA) with experience in airport development and serves as a mentor to civil engineering students at his alma mater.
