His expertise in real estate matters includes the sale, purchase, transfer, financing, mortgage, debenture and loan phases of real property projects, condominium agreements and declarations, fractional ownership arrangements, quieting titles, private and commercial leases, subdivision planning, easements, title insurance, service charges and rights of way, related tax matters and issues and in advising on and applying for all governmental and requisite approvals.

  • Advising developers on all aspects of purchasing, subdividing, and selling residential sites and condominium lots for several major subdivisions in The Bahamas.
  • Development structuring of a 90-unit condominium property in Abaco.
  • Development structuring of an 80-unit condominium property on Paradise Island.
