Senior Partner of the Firm. His practice has been oriented to Consultancy and Litigation in matters of Intellectual Property and Unfair Competition. Advises entrepreneurs, as well as national and international companies in different sectors of industry and services, in the development of strategies to protect their technology and enforcement of their rights, including patents, licensing, industrial secrets. Participates in the design, acquisition and protection of Intellectual Property portfolios, including trademarks, copyrights and new technologies; as well as in the negotiation and resolution of controversies.

Panel member of the WIPO, on Trademarks, Domain names, Arbitration Disputes, and of the Independent Film and TV Association (IFTA).

Education

A candidate for a PhD degree at Universidad Panamericana, having obtained a Master s Degree in Comparative Law from the University of Illinois and a law graduate from Universidad Iberoamericana.
