Michael has over 20 years’ experience in this sector and his areas of specialism include Equity Release and Lifetime Leases and Investment plot sales including student accommodation. Michael is also experienced in Landlord and Tenant Residential Law and deals with all aspects acting for landlords with a particular emphasis on enfranchisement and tenants’ rights of first refusal. He has recently been invited to attend the offices of the Ministry of Housing, Committees and Local Government to discuss the government’s consultation on banning leasehold houses

Michael joined Shoosmiths in March 2017 having spent almost 10 years at DWF and prior to that 15 years at Hammonds.
