Miloš is an independent attorney at law qualified in Serbia, practicing in cooperation with Karanović & Nikolić. He is a Partner in the Corporate & Commercial Practice Group and the team-leader of the Belgrade team. He specialises in M&As, takeovers, joint ventures, privatisations, corporate restructurings and capital market transactions. Miloš advises clients in structuring, negotiating and closing complex transactions in a broad range of industries, with particular focus on private equity groups, financial institutions, energy, telecom and consumer goods industries.
