Natalia Alvarez is an associate in the International Practice Group in the Mexico City office of Haynes and Boone. Natalia has a general corporate and commercial practice with a focus on corporate transactions and regulatory aspects of energy projects in Mexico, particularly advising international and domestic companies during their participation in the Bid Rounds called by the Mexican Hydrocarbons Commission, as part of the implementation of the Mexican Energy Reform.

Natalia has also had exposure to a wide variety of other transactional work involving cross- border projects and complex due diligence processes.
