Steven is an associate in the dispute resolution and litigation team in Guernsey, specialising in commercial litigation, banking disputes and insolvency matters.
Steven advises on a range of complex and high-value commercial cases, in addition to contentious multi-jurisdictional litigations for both domestic and international clients. Steven has experience in dealing with highly-specialist contractual disputes and takes an active interest in advancements in the FinTech and eGaming sectors.

Professional Career
Steven qualified as a solicitor and Notary Public in Scotland in 2016, where he trained with a national firm. Prior to that he spent two years working for the Judicial Institute of Scotland, and is a graduate of both the Universities of Aberdeen and Edinburgh.
Steven is a member of the Law Society of Scotland, ARIES and the Asset Recovery Next Gen Association.
