Profile

Trey Oliver is a litigator who handles complex commercial, product liability, construction, real estate, toxic tort, and environmental litigation. Trey strives to find pragmatic, practical and creative solutions to assist Fortune 500 companies and local businesses with achieving their desired outcomes, whether in pre-litigation, state and federal court, or arbitration.

Trey’s experience in construction, real estate, commercial, product, and environmental law often intersects and allows for multi-faceted solutions to complex issues. He represents (1) businesses in complex (internal and external) commercial disputes; (2) general contractors on commercial, retail, roadway and renewable energy and solar design-build projects; (3) owners, landlords, developers and management companies on contract issues, property disputes, and land use and zoning; (4) entities defending product and catastrophic personal injury lawsuits; and (5) businesses involved in governmental investigations and CERCLA/Superfund.

He was recently recognized as one of Auburn University’s “Top 20 under 40” and has consistently been recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America. He is a board member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Birmingham and the Auburn Young Alumni Council. Trey also served as a co-author of State-by-State Guide to Design and Construction Contracts and Claims, 3rd edition.

Prior to joining Bradley, Trey obtained his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and a B.A. from Auburn University.
