She specialises in corporate commercial, corporate finance and restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, venture capital transactions, fintech, private equity, competition, franchising, technology media & telecommunications and regulatory and compliance work.  She also has a keen interest and is developing capacity in project finance, energy, and infrastructure work.
