Belinda Tonono is an associate at ENSafrica in the dispute resolution department.

Belinda’s experience includes advising on all aspects of dispute resolution.  She has experience in litigation and all procedural aspects which accompany litigation, arbitrations and all aspects pertaining to arbitrations and arbitration appeals, mediations.  She has advised clients in all courts from the Magistrates’ Court up until the Constitutional Court..   

She has acted for clients in a range of industries including pension funds, software development, letting and selling earthmoving equipment, mining, broadcasting, non-profit and the financial sector.
