Profile

Benjamin Suter is counsel at Walder Wyss. He advises and represents clients in disputes in pre-litigation phases as well as before state courts, arbitral tribunals and public authorities. His practice as a litigator encompasses all areas of business law.

Born in 1982, Benjamin Suter studied at the University of Basel (lic.iur., 2008) and at Victoria University of Wellington (LL.M., 2014). He worked as a trainee in the Department of Education, Culture and Sports and at the Court of Appeal of the canton of Basel-Landschaft. Prior to joining Walder Wyss, he had been working for a leading Swiss law firm in Basel for several years.

Benjamin Suter practices in German and English and speaks French. He is registered with the bar registry of the canton of Basel-Stadt and is admitted to practice in all of Switzerland.
