Profile

Beth is an associate in the firm’s capital finance and real estate team.

Beth’s practice focuses on representing owners, developers and financial institutions in various commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, real estate finance and development, due diligence, leasing, and corporate formations. Her experience includes various asset types, such as hotels, multi-family apartment buildings, and high-end single-family residences.

Prior to joining the firm’s capital finance and real estate team, Beth was an associate in the firm’s retail and consumer products litigation and financial services litigation teams, where she worked on complex commercial litigation cases. She defended clients in class action suits involving claims under the California Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, California Unfair Competition Law, California Consumer Legal Remedies Act, Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act, and Florida’s Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act, as well as claims for unjust enrichment.

While in law school, Beth interned for the Honorable Kevin Emas at the Third District Court of Appeal and the Honorable Alicia M. Otazo-Reyes at the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida. She also served as the Senior Notes and Comments Editor of the University of Miami Law Review and was a member of the Charles C. Papy, Jr. Moot Court Board.
