Blanca Ángel is a partner in the tax department at Garrigues’ Valencia office.

She has extensive experience in providing tax advice to multinational groups and family businesses, having taken part in numerous M&A, business restructuring and international tax planning projects. She also has a great deal of experience in the provision of specialist advice of a general nature to sports clubs and financial institutions.

She provides advice on an ongoing basis in projects for the internationalization of Spanish companies, including specialist advice on VAT in international transactions.

Teaching experience:

She is a regular speaker at seminars and conferences organized by the Firm and by other specialist centers (Cámara de Comercio de Valencia, Fundación de Estudios Bursátiles y Financieros, APD, Colegio de Economistas, Centro de Estudios Financieros etc.).
