Profile

Brian Wahl is a litigator who has appeared in state and federal courts throughout the country for firm clients facing a variety of legal obstacles in their respective industries. Brian’s matters have frequently involved the defense of Fortune 500 pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers in individual and mass actions filed in Florida, Alabama and in federal MDL courts. For the last decade, he has spent most of his time litigating cases throughout Florida on behalf of lenders, financial servicing companies, health insurers, doctors, nurses and the contracted healthcare provider for the Florida Department of Corrections. Brian has over 20 years of experience working up cases from the filing of the initial complaint, through all phases of discovery -- including offensive and defensive deposition discovery of parties, non-party fact witnesses and experts, and dispositive motions -- to trial and verdict, if necessary.

Brian defends cases throughout Florida and has litigated and arbitrated extensively in its three federal districts and throughout most of its state circuit courts – from Miami to Pensacola. He practices out of Bradley’s Birmingham and Tampa offices. Brian is active in several national, state and local bar organizations, and is AV preeminent rated by Martindale-Hubbell®.
