Brian Shaw is a member of the White Collar and Investigations, Product Liability, and Class Action practice groups in the firm’s Orange County office and focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, government investigations, and attorneys general enforcement actions. Prior to joining Buchalter, he served as an extern for the United States Attorney’s Office, Orange County District Attorney’s Office, and Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, where he conducted evidentiary and preliminary hearings.

Brian regularly defends the automotive and transportation industries in product liability litigation and has assisted manufacturers, distributors, and retailers across a variety of other industries, including jewelry, exercise equipment, and trash and recycling haulers. He also has extensive experience defending investor-owned utilities in matters arising out of catastrophic wildland fires.
