Kelly Kroll is a Parter in the firm’s Government Contracts practice group. She has extensive experience with federal, state and local government contract formation and administration. She helps clients in every stage of the government procurement process, from analysis of the risks associated with entering the market to the issues arising during the solicitation, award, performance and completion of the government contracts.
