Brad Vynalek advises on strategy, exposure and enterprise opportunity for clients ranging from local startups to iconic brands to Fortune 500 companies. An award-winning leader, connector and problem solver, Brad brings highly detailed knowledge of the talent and resources at Quarles to address the discrete needs of clients. He collaborates closely with law departments to:

• Create bespoke client service teams knowledgeable about industries and businesses to help clients solve their business problems more effectively.
• Find efficiency and value for clients by identifying synergies, connecting people within client organizations to one another and to lawyers and teams at Quarles.
• Optimize service delivery from across Quarles' geographic footprint and service offering.

Practicing as a litigator for 21 years before becoming the president of Quarles in 2020, Brad brings extensive experience in both law and leadership to his work for clients. He is a regular attendee of the Sedona Forum for International Leadership, has held leadership roles in numerous professional and community organizations, and has advocated for the legal profession before the U.S. Congress on issues ranging from pro bono funding to the protection of attorney-client privilege.
