Calvin is an associate in Carey Olsen's corporate and finance team in Hong Kong. He has broad experience across a range of corporate finance, IPO and equity capital markets, M&A, and other general commercial matters. He also advises on a broad range of debt arrangements, including acquisition, leveraged and real estate financing, structured products, bond issuances, and debt restructuring.

Calvin is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
 

Prior to joining Carey Olsen, Calvin was an associate in the corporate department of another leading offshore law firm in Hong Kong, and worked in a major independent Hong Kong law firm.

Calvin was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand (non-practising) and is a Registered Foreign Lawyer with the Law Society of Hong Kong and a Bermuda Registered Associate with the Supreme Court of Bermuda.
