Carmen Adele Pisani has been working at the Department of Tax Law since May 2013. In 2013 she graduated in Law with a major in corporate, financial markets and competition law at the Luigi Bocconi University in Milan with a research thesis in Tax Law on "The substance over form principle: accounting and tax aspects". In 2011 she carried out the Exchange Program in the United States at Duke University School of Law. Before joining the firm, Carmen worked for an Italian law and tax firm in Milan. In 2017 he obtained the Adv. LL.M. in International Tax Law at the International Tax Center of Leiden University, The Netherlands. She has been a member of the Potenza Bar Association since 2015.
