Profile

Carson is an experienced litigator adept at handling depositions, motions, oral arguments, settlement conferences, and witness testimony. He works with his clients to create and execute litigation strategies that are cost-effective and suited to meet his clients' needs. In addition to his litigation practice, Carson also focuses part of his practice on investigations related to employee misconduct and harassment.

Prior to joining the firm, Carson worked as a Deputy Attorney General for the California Attorney General's Office, where he represented the State of California and government officials in a variety of cases involving civil rights, excessive force, failure to protect, and tort violations.
