Christina M. Graham is a Partner in the firm’s Real Estate Development and Finance Practice, where she represents developers and owners in all phases of commercial real estate including acquisition, development, financing, disposition and tax-free exchanges. She works closely with the firm’s infrastructure team on public/private partnership matters.

Christina focuses her practice on the representation of multi-family developers and owners in the development and financing of new multi-family apartment projects and in the acquisition, financing and disposition of existing multi-family projects. She has significant experience in the negotiation, preparation and review of all types of loan documentation and complex multi-family development documentation. In addition, Christina also routinely handles the structuring and closing of many other types of commercial real estate transactions including the acquisition, development and financing of raw land, office buildings, residential subdivisions, resort properties, condominiums, industrial properties and retail centers.

Before joining MMM, Christina practiced regulatory real estate, assisting developer clients with compliance issues under the Federal Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act and the Out-of-State Land Sales laws of various states.
