Christopher Konopka is an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group in the Dallas office of Haynes and Boone.
Chris has represented developers, investment funds, individuals, public corporations and financial institutions in connection with various commercial real property transactions, including financing, acquisition, disposition, leasing and development. Such transactions have covered a broad range of property types, including multi-family, industrial, office, retail and hospitality. Prior to joining Haynes and Boone, Chris primarily helped represent institutional lenders in connection with commercial real estate loan originations intended for securitization on the secondary market.
