Profile

Christopher Wilds is an Associate in the Firm’s Litigation department. He represents clients in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters, and is a member of the Independent Monitoring Team for the Newark Police Division (“NPD”), responsible for overseeing the City of Newark’s and NPD’s compliance with a Consent Decree entered into with the U.S. Department of Justice.

From 2016 to 2017, Mr. Wilds served as a law clerk to the Hon. Johnnie B. Rawlinson of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Represent corporation in regulatory investigation involving alleged anticompetitive restrictions in labor markets.

Represent former hedge fund trader in connection with an investigation into bond marking by the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York and the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Represent partners in $100 million dispute with former partners concerning a real estate development.

Pro bono representation of Harlem, New York-based church in a personal injury action in Bronx Supreme Court.

Pro bono representation of indigent client in a landlord-tenant action in Yonkers City Court.
