Cindy-Lee Bekeer is an associate at ENSafrica in the mine and occupational health and safety department.

Cindy-Lee has assisted in representation of clients in both the public and private sector, in particular, government institutions and mining companies.

She has experience in assisting in matters relating to Administrative Law, Mining Law, Occupational Health and Safety Law and Mine Health and Safety Law, and she also has experience in High Court litigation, assisting with the preparation and representation of clients at formal inquiry proceedings. Cindy-Lee has assisted with advising clients and furnishing legal opinions on legislative requirements in terms of  the Mine Health and Safety Act, 1996 and the Occupational Health and Safety Act, 1993.
