Cortlin Bond joined the firm as an associate in the Litigation Practice Group. In addition to handling general litigation matters, she assists employers with a variety of labor and employment matters, including workplace investigations, the defense of federal employment claims, and the defense of employment claims predicated on state law tort and contract theories.

Prior to law school, Cortlin worked at the Department of Human Resources as a Child Abuse and Neglect Investigator.

Cortlin received her J.D. (cum laude) from the University of Alabama School of Law, where she served as production editor of the Alabama Law Review. Cortlin earned a B.A. (magna cum laude) in Psychology and Criminal Justice from the University of Alabama.
