Cosmina Simion is an intellectual property, regulatory and technology lawyer. With over 20 years of professional experience, she focuses on various industries with a particular emphasis on the media and entertainment, online and gambling industries.

Co-head of the Gaming practice, she is well-versed in dealing with all matters pertaining to the organization and operation of gambling activities. Furthermore, Cosmina is involved in specific aspects of the pharmaceutical sector and she advises on copyright, trademark and design matters, as well as advertising, sponsorship and consumer protection issues. "Always well prepared", Cosmina "speaks the media language" (The European Legal 500), being recognized for her broad media regulatory experience.

She has been actively involved in the review of the gaming legal framework, as well as the audiovisual legislation. Cosmina regularly authors articles in her areas of reference and she contributes in domestic working groups seeking to improve the business and regulatory approaches in gaming, technology, media and communication, and pharmaceuticals. She is a member of the Bucharest Bar and a licensed industrial property counsel with the Romanian State Office for Patents and Trademarks (OSIM).
