Profile

Butler Sparks is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group. His practice is focused on advising public and private clients in a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity transactions, business entity formation, securities offerings, financing transactions, and corporate reorganizations.

Butler graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he served on the editorial board of the Virginia Law Review and on the managing board of the Virginia Law and Business Review. He also earned a B.B.A. in Business Economics and Finance (summa cum laude) from Mississippi State University.
