Dalit Anstey is an associate in ENSafrica's Natural resources and environment department.

Dalit has had experience in a variety of areas of natural resources law including mining, environmental, rehabilitation, mine closure, waste, coastal, water, climate change, energy, heritage, air, land, expropriation, land restitution, land-use planning, sustainable development, health and safety, conservation, precious metals, property, constitutional and administrative law. She has also advised on matters involving disputes between communities and mining companies. Her skills include legal due diligence assessments, legal opinions and memoranda to a wide range of clients on various regulatory and compliance issues, appeals to mining, water and environmental governmental tribunals and authorities, drafting agreements, working with environmental consultants on various projects and assessing environmental impact assessments and environmental reports from a legal perspective, drafting litigious documents and engaging with regulators in all spheres of government.
She has acted for both international and local clients on local and cross-continent deals, including clients in the following industries: mining, energy, electricity, petroleum, dairy, banking, precious metals, agriculture and industrial.
