Dana Fritz's practice is focused on international capital markets and corporate finance, as well as general corporate and securities law representation of publicly owned corporations and privately held companies. Ms. Fritz represents institutional banking clients in a wide variety of transactions related to cross-border financings and reorganizations, including public and private offerings of equity and debt, exchange listings, spin-offs, as well as tender, exchange and rights offers; Ms. Fritz also advises companies in connection with Securities Act and Securities Exchange Act filings, Hart-Scott-Rodino filings and compliance and corporate governance. Her practice also includes venture capital and private placements, merger and acquisition transactions and commercial contracts.
