Profile

As part of the firm’s SmartCounsel Solutions initiative, Daniel’s practice focuses on reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and advising clients regarding general commercial contracting matters.


As a member of SmartCounsel Solutions and the firm’s global outsourcing and technology team, Daniel helps corporate clients with a broad array of commercial contract types, including SaaS agreements, master services agreements and related statements of work, technology license agreements, procurement and supply agreements, nondisclosure and noncompetition agreements, and other outsourcing agreements. He also advises clients on general commercial contracting and contract lifecycle management matters.

Daniel has significant experience in contracting and commercial law matters. Prior to joining the firm he served as senior contracts counsel to a large Richmond-based staffing and consulting firm with offices throughout the United States.
