Daniela Druker is a Senior Associate and Consultant in ENSafrica’s Banking and Finance department. She specialises in debt and equity finance transactions including asset and leveraged finance transactions, as well as major debt restructurings.

She has acted for clients in a variety of sectors including financial institutions, corporate clients and black economic empowerment parties, both locally and internationally, in relation to a broad range of financing transactions.

Her experience includes drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and implementing of the various agreements required for debt and equity financing transactions.
