David has over 15 years' experience in all aspects of real estate related work including development and investment across a range of sectors and specialises in real estate finance transactions for both lenders and borrowers including cross border finance, restructuring, loan and security documentation, enforcement and work out situations. David is also heavily involved in advising on property elements of insolvency related transactions. In May 2011, David completed a nine month full-time secondment at Lloyds Banking Group with responsibility for advising the Scottish real estate teams on various Scottish and English banking and property related legal issues.
