Profile

As part of the firm’s SmartCounsel Solutions initiative, Deb provides a broad array of commercial contracting support and risk management services to corporate clients across a full range of industries.

A member of the firm’s global outsourcing and technology team, Deb’s practice focuses on reviewing, drafting and negotiating SaaS agreements, master services agreements and related statements of work, technology license agreements, procurement and supply agreements, nondisclosure and noncompetition agreements, and other outsourcing agreements. She also advises clients on general commercial contracting and contract lifecycle management matters.

Deb brings a wealth of experience in connection with commercial contracting, mergers and acquisitions and other commercial transactions. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced in-house, serving as general counsel to a life science research consulting company. She began her practice as an associate, and later a partner, with McGuireWoods LLP in Richmond.
